Scholarship
|
Each year, KSA recognizes members' service in awarding three scholarships. Over the course of the school year, members' service hours are recorded and tracked by KSA. Points are awarded for attending club meetings as well as community/university service, and at the end of the year, points are totaled. The club's three most active members are awarded scholarships and recognized at the final meeting during the spring semester. The monetary value of these scholarships ranges depending on available funds, but an average value of $50 is given.
*2002-2003 winners were: Ben Kingan, Michelle Hargis, & Maggie Kellett |
